What does a website or app cost with you?
A company website starts at €2,900, a web application or customer portal at €7,900, a mobile app for iOS and Android at €11,900. These are starting prices, not averages. What moves them up is scope, the number of pages, integrations with systems you already run, and whether the text and images already exist. After a conversation you get a fixed-price quote, so you are not budgeting against an hourly estimate.
How long does a project take?
A company website usually takes three to five weeks, a web application two to four months, a mobile app for both platforms three to five months. The most common cause of delay is not development but missing material: copy, images, and access to existing systems. We tell you at the start exactly what we need from you and when.
Do I have to pay in advance?
No. You pay on acceptance, once the result is in front of you and works. On larger projects we split payment into stages, each tied to a finished milestone you can check for yourself. We do not ask for a deposit against nothing.
Do I own the code afterwards?
Yes, entirely. You receive the full source code and can host it yourself, develop it further yourself, or hand it to another agency. We build with standard technology such as React, Next.js, Go and PostgreSQL, so other developers can work with it too. There is no licence tied to us and no contract tying you to us.
Do you work with WordPress or a site builder?
No. Builders are convenient for the first few weeks and a problem afterwards. Every requirement the builder did not anticipate turns into plugin improvisation, load times climb, and eventually you are working against the system instead of with it. We build directly in code. Slightly more work at the start, and cheaper for years after that.
Is the website GDPR compliant?
Yes, by construction rather than by a banner bolted on afterwards. We host in the EU, set no tracking cookies unless you explicitly want them, and deliver an imprint and privacy policy naming the services actually in use. This website is the example: no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
What happens after launch?
Ongoing work is billed at €95 per hour as it arises, and only when you need something. You do not have to sign a maintenance contract. Security updates, small changes and new features can each be commissioned on their own. You can stop at any time without the website being affected.
Is VAT added on top?
No. We are a small business under section 6 (1) 27 of the Austrian VAT Act and charge no VAT. The prices on this page are final amounts with nothing added. For you as a business this also means you cannot deduct input tax from our invoices.
Do you work outside Vienna?
Yes. We are based in Vienna and are glad to meet clients there in person, but we work throughout Austria and remotely. The process does not change: conversation, quote, delivery in checkable stages, acceptance. We work in German and English.
